회화에서는 조동사 과거형보다는 미래 가정의 의미로 쓰임.

** 발음
1. TH와 T가 충돌할 때 앞의 알파벳은 생략해서 발음한다.
- Are you through with that?
2. S, N 다음에 T는 발음하지 않는다.
