Ross: What are you doing?
Rach: I'm just cleaning up.
Ross: Anyway, you're nervous about Barry tomorrow?
Rach: Oh, a little... So, got any advice... as someone who's recently been dumped?
Ross: You are interested in my advice? well, you know, I'll give Barry back his ring,
and you can go with Carol and Susan to the hospital.
* 동사 'up'을 붙이는 이유
'완전히, 전부' 'clean up, dress up'
- I'd like to clean up my room
- Do I have to dress up?
** 발음
1. 대명사 + be 동사 / I'm, You're, They're은 발음할 때 약하게 한다.
- I'm just cleaning up.
2. 대명사 + 'I + will'은 발음할 때 '아'라고 발음하는 경우가 많다.
- I'll give Barry back his ring.
